Cooperation with education
KinderRijk invests considerably in the collaboration with primary schools in Amstelveen and Amsterdam. The collaboration with primary schools has various forms. Often we are in the same building, sometimes close by and sometimes integrated to the extent that the cooperative form is a community school, a children’s campus or a children’s centre.

In Amstelveen we are the largest provider of after-school care and we have a after-school care location in or near every primary school. We believe that a good connection between education and childcare is of great importance, both in terms of content and practicality.

When we speak of of Children’s Campus, community school or child center, that’s based on the conviction that education and care together offer more opportunities to develop the full range of talents of your child. This goes beyond cooperation and coordination: there is one vision, one line, one team. Agreements with primary schools
KinderRijk concluded a covenant with its education partners Amstelwijs and Onderwijsgroep Amstelland. We undertake to be committed to a common vision, where we work together as equal partners.
Children’s Campus King
In Amstelveen your child is welcome at Children’s Campus King. One single place for children from 0 to 12 years to grow up together, learn, play, meet and develop all their talents. Throughout the whole year! That’s what the Children’s Campus King represents. KinderRijk works together with Amstelwijs, a foundation for public primary education. KinderRijk offers day care, preschool care, after-school care and before-school care.

Children’s Campus Mio Mondo
Children’s Centre Mio Mondo was created through a close collaboration between the first Amstelveen Montessori School (Amstelwijs) and KinderRijk’s childcare. Every day, the team bases its activities on one view and one plan to ensure that children can grow and develop in a safe and best possible way. KinderRijk offers day care and after school care.

Kindcentrum De Horizon
Since September 2024, KinderRijk has been collaborating with primary school De Horizon. Together, we are working towards creating a children’s campus (Kindcentrum De Horizon). For now, we’re located at the current site, but soon we’ll move to a brand-new building just down the street. This will house primary education, daycare (starting early 2025), preschool, and after-school care all under one roof. The new building will feature a beautiful nature garden and plenty of space for creativity.

Children’s Campus Zuidas
In Amsterdam you will find Children’s Campus Zuidas. KinderRijk and the Stichting Openbaar Onderwijs aan de Amstel (Public Education Foundation) work together here. This children’s campus offers an environment where you and your child will feel at home. KinderRijk offers day care,preschool care, after-school care and before-school care.
